A: My fee includes, whatever character you would like. As many activities as time allows, 10-13 kids= 3 activities, 14-20=2 activities for 1 hour. Every extra half hour adds 1-2 activities. Travel to your party, and all my supplies that I bring along.
A: I always say that you should have me arrive at least a half hour after the party has started, that way most of your guest should be there by the time I start. When your entertainer arrives they usually do an activity where the kids can get to know them, Magic is great for this. Then they go into more detailed activities, balloon twisting, face painting, games. At the last 5 minutes of your event our entertainers save time for pictures, you can take group, or just one on one pictures. That will be the whole length of your party, and at the end your entertainer will collect the final balance due.
A: First figure out how many guest you want, then what activities are importent to you. When you call Regal Parties, I can quote you a good length for your event. Most parties under 10 guests, 3 activities are about an hour.
A: You should try to book as soon as possible. Some of the entertainers get booked sometimes 4 months out!!! When booking, you will pick your event day, time of event, character, activities, and anything else you would like us to know. And if you want a certain entertainer that you loved from another event, let us know! Your party is not booked until you pay the $50 nonrefundable deposit.
A: The entertainers call three to one days before your event, and ask if you have a solid number on guest. I do understand that there is always that family who did not RSVP and showed up anyway. Normally it is not a problem. But if a lot more guest arrive then you told me, example you told me 10, and 20 are there; your entertainer will not do one of the more lenghty activities i.e balloon twisting, face painting. Or you can always add more time for an extra $50 every extra half hour.
A: No. Some companies out there do entertain for adult parties, but this company is just for children's entertainment.
A: Yes, I, Patrice, have been working with children in schools for over 10 years!! I have been a nanny for over 4 years, and was a preschool teacher. Unlike most entertainers, I am finger printed and in the Live Scan files (California schools background check). I am also CPR certified and first aid certified. The other entertainers have a range of experience too, feel free to ask when you call.
A: It is not required to tip your entertainer, but it is always a nice thought. A "normal" tip is just like a waiter's tip, 15-20 percent.
A: Regal Parties is just entertainment for the event. We do not include invitations, cake or decorations for your event. If you need help finding these items we will try to help you, but we will not provide them.
A: Feel free to ask if we can do other characters. We have more characters then just the ones on my website, they are just not booked that offten. If I don't do the character you would like, I can point you in the right direction to find the company to fit your needs.
A: Yes we can, but if you would like more then one Princess or other characters I suggest booking early. Because there will be two schedules to work out, it would be more likly for you to get both if you book early.
A: All the Princesses are in there twenties. To work for Regal Parties an entertainer must be 18 years old.
A: Always! I am always looking for Princesses, Super Heros in any area! You must be willing to drive through the Bay Area, have a working cell phone, and able to work on weekends. This is a part time job. Just send me and email telling me a little about your self, and please include a CURRENT picture of yourself.
